Currently she is engaged as executive director of the Habitat Ecological Research & Development Institute, Visnagar, Gujarat and also associated as representative in United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (UNCBD), United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), core Committee member of the Madhya Pradesh State Biodiversity Board and many other governmental and non-governmental organizations. She has experience of more than 19 years in field research, project development, evaluation, coordination and liaisoning. She is also associated as mentor, evaluator and resource person regarding scientific research, training and report development with children & youth in the field of scientific research and documentation.
