Currently he is engaged as senior education consultant to the World Bank, India. He has experience of work with international agencies like the World Bank and UNICEF and governmental agencies like the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, state government of Odisha, and several non-governmental organizations. He has expertise in designing of flagship educational programs, educational material development, trainings & workshops for children and teachers across the country, designing of educational frameworks, learning enhancement and resource enhancement, trainings on pedagogical issues, organizing programs on educational issues etc. apart from acting as editor, reviewer, consultant etc.
