Currently she is acting as secretary of the Science Centre (Gwl.), Madhya Pradesh, Joint secretary of the National Organization of science & Technology Communicators, New Delhi, and Founder-Director of SADEV Creations, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. She has vast experience of delivering training on weather and climate in several states and union territories of India. She has acted as master resource person for nature study trainings, science club trainings, science fairs for hundreds of teachers across the country. She has masterminded in development of many science kits with governmental organizations like Vigyan Prasar, NCSTC etc.
