Currently he is acting as Joint Managing trustee of the Institute for Ecology and Livelihood Action (IELA). He is member in the world commissions of the Internation Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN - CEM, CEESP, CEC, SSC, WCPA), a subsidiary unit of the United Nations, and also member in the committees of the Rajasthan state forest department. He also has 10 years’ experience of teaching Environmental Science at Graduate and Post Graduate Level and has guided masters level thesis of many students. He is associated with many governmental and non-governmental agencies in science education and communication activities as resource person. He has been member in the National Academic Committee of the NCSTC and is associated as resource person in the activities of the National Children science Congress for the last 24 years.
